We approach individual and group wellness from a relaxed, playful and lighter way of living and we help people find refreshing, fun and uplifting ways to come together to enhance the wellness of themselves and thus their group/community.

We use transformational drumming, music making, laughter yoga, and Humming for Health as our primary tools to create wellness programs tailored to the group/organization.

The programs are often focused on team building, staff development, retreats, staff appreciation, fun in the workplace, relaxation, community connections, etc.  

We invite people to play! 

That might sound frivolous, though each of the experiences we offer has significant health, social, creativity, self empowerment and community benefits.

Joyful ViBRAYtions offers a variety of uplifting experiences that are based on ancient practices that have been part of human history for thousands of years. They have been vital practices in enhancing individual health and wellness. They were integral parts in creating and maintaining community, improving communications, important in rituals, ceremonies and other important cultural events in the past. 

Now, thanks to modern science, these benefits are being validated with research and are now not only accepted but encouraged by many in the medical profession. These ancient practices are now cutting edge techniques being used in the treatment of anxiety, depression, autism, cancer and other major diseases. They are recognized as methods to quickly reduce stress and enhance the body’s ability to heal from within. And, they are just plain fun!!!
